EFLR Group is the parent of Business Beatz Podcast, National Licensing, Techskill Academy, Open Education Academy and Viseera. Each brand may have additional terms specific to its own product; where those conflict with this document, the brand-specific terms take precedence for that brand only.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape content at scale without permission, or use our brand assets in a way that implies endorsement.

All content, trademarks, logos and software made available through our services are owned by EFLR Group or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute material without prior written consent.

Our services are provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EFLR makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding accuracy, reliability or fitness for a particular purpose.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EFLR Group, its directors, employees and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated 'Last updated' date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
